I am a highly motivated and committed professional with expertise and extensive knowledge of plastic and reconstructive surgery, reconstructive microsurgery, breast reconstruction and aesthetics.

Currently, based in Saudi Arabia my education, research and work have taken me all over the world, giving me a great appreciation of multicultural environments, speaking both Arabic and English and some French.

I gained my Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from King Abdul Aziz University, my plastic surgery training at McGill university, and I obtained a Masters in Reconstructive Microsurgery at the European School, Universitat Autonoma De Barcelona. This was followed by Fellowships in Reconstructive Microsurgery at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital - Linkou, Taiwan, Breast Reconstruction at Universitair Ziekenhuis Gent - Gent - Belgium and training in Aesthetic Surgery at Victoriakliniken - Salsjobaden, Sweden.

I have worked hard to developing an international reputation in the field of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, by building an extensive research portfolio and being published in numerous papers. I am a reliable and flexible individual with a strong work ethic and social conscience and highly motivated by a genuine desire to improve a patient's quality of life. This has led me to take up numerous voluntary positions, most notably Operation Smile in Tegucigalpa, Honduras where I volunteered as a plastic surgeon in the Cleft Lip and Cleft Palate Centre.

My specialities include: Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Reconstructive Micro Surgery, Breast Reconstruction and Aesthetic Surgery.
